Marc Epstein, ESQ.
My undergraduate degree was earned from FIU in Summer of 1979. Upon graduation I attended and graduated from Nova Law School. I graduated a semester early in December 1981. I was admitted to the Florida Bar in !982 after passing the exam on my first attempt.
I have concentrated my law practice on issues and cases in the field of personal injury. My jury trial experience is extensive. My firm does not refer cases to other lawyers for trial – your case is handled from initial interview* through trial, if necessary, by me and my staff.
Contrary to popular belief many cases are won or lost in the initial stages of medical treatment. An accident victim fills out the usual series of paperwork commonly referred to as New Patient Intake. Many accident victims do not realize the critical importance of this step. Insurance Defense lawyers do realize this. If the intake forms are carelessly completed a case may be compromised or lost before it even begins.

At my law office we accompany the accident victim to most critical office visits.and make certain that the accident victim completes the intake paperwork accurately. As a small office handling a limited amount of cases my support staff assists the accident victim in properly completing intake paperwork. At larger law firms you are simply a number on an assembly line undergoing cookie cutter treatment resulting in the accident victim receiving impersonal and ineffective medical treatment. We do not change information but simply make certain the accident victim is not victimized a second time by carelessly completing initial intake information.
The personal touch we offer will usually increase the value of a case by avoiding careless unintentional errors.
